A three day- training workshop from 26 to 28 November 2019 organized by Agriterra in collaboration  with Vietnam National University of Agriculture (VNUA), Vietnam Cooperative Alliance (VCA) attempted to answer the above question and has stressed the importance of transforming cooperative as model of enterprises/companies under the contemporary business context rather than a cooperative as a single legal entity for charity program.
